About me

Quick Bio

I’m a Toronto-based writer with a background in journalism, digital content, broadcast, and documentary storytelling. I began writing for community and trade publications in 2006 before joining Xinhua News Agency’s Toronto Bureau in 2012 as a Multimedia Journalist, covering national and international stories across digital channels.

Since leaving Xinhua in 2016, I’ve broadened my work to include digital writing and content creation for organizations in travel, telecom, nonprofit, and technology. My recent roles include SEO Content Specialist at Flight Centre Canada, Content Producer at Rogers Digital, and Digital Copywriter at Peninsula Canada. I’ve also worked as a freelancer for CTV National News and its affiliates, where I write and produce feature stories for broadcast and online platforms.

Currently, I write for Charitable Impact, a Vancouver-based giving platform, where I focus on stories that explore generosity, technology, and human motivation. Outside of my full-time work, I continue to take on select writing and script projects that let me combine my interests in culture, storytelling, and social impact.
