Rogers Digital is the digital division of Rogers Communications, one of Canada’s largest telecom service providers. As a content producer and UX writer, I worked closely with UX, research, accessibility and analytics teams to create and design user-focused content for Rogers’ digital properties. I also crafted user journeys, interface copies, and support-based content for various platforms, including mobile apps.
